just out of interest which package do you use for putting your mixes together, the one i use i find lacking in options to equalise the track volumes?

I use virtual DJ. Its freeware. Works fine for me.

Sebastian, does VirtualDJ work with audio files or audio input straight from the decks?

Benji, it works with audio files (wav or mp3) and saves the session to one big mp3.

Great mix of tunes Sebastian - really enjoyed it - something for everyone in style and budget..

 

Nice to see not all $$$ 45's - best example for me being 'The Eight Minutes - TAKE MY LOVE DON’T SET ME FREE' which is a nice sound and still very affordable.

I record my own podcasts straight from the single deck w/out blending/mixing. Quicker than having to make wav files of the records first but not many options in mixing/equalising volume/etc.
