Bobby St Clair On Philips - Anyone Ever Heard Of It?

Just ploughing through a box of what I'd call lesser known type records, this one:

 

BOBBY SAINT CLAIR - FOOL THAT I AM - PHILIPS

 

never heard of this before but it's the exact same tune as JOEY DEE - HOW CAN I FORGET complete with the distinctive electric guitar intro.

It's not very good, it just surprised me that's all.
