most of the copies i've heard of this have a small jump near the beginning, my one certainly does  :-(

my mate got me a copy from states but when arrived it had a pierce whole in package & record was cracked.

 

got another copy off here but I sent it back,cause I thot it jumped a few times.

 

my mate said his copy was ok,but I now have it & sounded like my second copy.

 

so I think its just a change in the music,that makes you think its a jump?????.

Yes my copy is the same, as far as i am aware they are all like that, ive had about 3 copies over the past couple of years all identical. Atb Baz.
