Two questions people ?

What's a realistic current value for the original press & and how do you tell the 2005 reissue apart ??

Thanks as always ,

I've seen the original go for around the £100 mark, and as for telling them apart, the serial number on the original is LP3301 whereas on the re-issue the serial number is PAP3301

You could probably get a bit more than £100. I think it could fetch between £100-£150. If the condition is really nice and the sleeve is in shrink, it might sell for close to £150, and if vinyl and sleeve have a bit of wear but are still very nice, it is probably closer to £100.

Aplologies, it seems i was mis-informed re the serial numbers, the original and the re-issue both have LP3301 on the sleeve and PAP3301 on the label.  Having now upgraded to an original LP the only difference (apart from the thicker cardboard sleeve on the original) is the deadwax markings.  The original has 5 sets of markings in the deadwax whereas the re-issue only has 1

Always nice to have an update on one of my threads, albeit 16 months later !

But now we know the difference, cheers :-)
