Just picked up a Sheppards single, Loving You/Tragic (Vee-Jay 441 stock copy).

 

Loving You doesn't appear in the discographies as a Vee-Jay release. I've got it on Abner b/w Elevator Operator. I haven't A/B'd them, but this one sounds the same as that recording. Discographies have VJ441 as Come to Me/Tragic. This definitely isn't that. Anyone else seen one of these?

I've always seen VJ 441 as "Tragic/Come to Me", and "Loving You" on Abner.  But, i do think I remember seeing the Tragic/Loving You combo on VJ 441, as well.  Maybe it was a later re-issue, when VJ was desperately releasing records to try to bring in cash?

I have this record as well.  There's also currently one listed on eBay.  So, you're not alone
