After many years of loving this registration plate, for the right money, I am willing to transfer it for someone else to enjoy.

This is a real head turner and does not need to be altered to have the desired effect.

In the world of soul plates the ones you really want are 5 OUL and 50 UL (but you cant afford them) N5OUL (already gone) and this one.
