I read some where that this is a fairly rare release , but what I would like to know is , is it or not ?,  I know I haven't  seen one for sale anywhere before, so some info on what price am I looking at starting it at , its in mint minus  condition ,

Wouldn't have thought there'd be much demand for that to be honest

I've got a British issue in the same sleeve as the Chiswick demo. I wouldn't have though it was super-rare and as Pete has said not sure who the target market would be. Possibly the German version is rarer but again don't know if there would be a price premium based on rarity.
