Condition is EXCELLENT.
You can hear it here on Ian's podcast, he doesn't give a track listing but I'm sure it's in the first 30 minutes.
 
 
anyway this is up for offers - I think Ian rates it at a very high price, I'd be more conservative so asking offers over £100 to start
