October 26th 1970 Curtis Mayfield sang the American National Anthem before the Muhammad Ali vs. Jerry Quarry fight in Atlanta. Does any record of this exist audio or visual? In any form?

Yep. We've been looking but it seems that most if not all of the fight itself is available everyone decided to cut Curtis off.
