Back Beat Records, Promos, Generally Speaking

It's always dangerous to generalise but would it be fair to say that only promos has the three XXX on the play side ? I have seen promos without them, obscure-ish record that wouldn't warrant being booted. Never seen an ordinary issue with those crosses. Sound about right ? :g:
