Know what you mean, Mal...near as damn it, yes but the "hole" is circular and doesn't create a "chunk", if you know what I mean! It is not delicate, will not develop into a crack and naturally doesn't affect the sound reproduction at all, either side...so bid with confidence and snaffle it on the cheap side!
