Jimmy Elledge - You Cant Stop A Man In Love / 12 Inch Release?

Just came across this, Jimmy Elledge - You Cant Stop a Man in Love on Songbird, but what looks like a 12 Inch release? never seen this, fabulous track, as good as any of the big hitters which people pay thousands for....  which still goes for peanuts.

 

Released in 1979, so you could assume it got a 12 Inch release,  as did everything else at that time, but Ive never seen this.. or is it a sold center UK release? dunno...Two 7" on Ebay at the moment, all for 20 or so quid..
