A fair bit I'd have thought, West Coast styrene demo - never seen one before.  If it's real of course.  The typing on Promotional Copy Not For Sale nowhere near as sharp as the rest.  Therefore, reissue with that stamped on it maybe?

probably less, but as you say someone thought $122 was right ( and there was an underbidder)
