I offered him countless apologies and gave him my word he would get a full refund when he sent the record back. He paypal chargebacked me now and said he "had no time to send it back to me". Now Im out 80$ cash and an 80$ record

You know what though - one of the conditions of paypal refunding his money is that you yourself can tick a box which says you will refund his money once the item is returned to you. They shouldn't have given it him just like that. Did you not get that option?

Pete, yes I did, but the thing is, Paypal will not verify addresses for any other countries than te UK, US or Canada, so if you're not doing a transaction in these countries, the buyer always has the final word, with registration proof or not!! Absolute bullshit, and one of the reasons someone needs to step up with a better payment system than Paypal.
