Does any enlightened person out there know the title/artist of this instrumental. One from Andy Rix so me thinks it could be obscure?

Thanks Pete,

 So if it's a c/u I wont find it on youtube or in Manships. Took it from a Richard Searling radio show from many years ago. Have a lot of tapes from Searlings shows and there are quiet a few odd ball ones where I don't know the titles or artists so will keep banging them on here to find out maybe.
