Lamont Cranston - Takin' A Chance Modern Soul Waterhouse 45 Unplayed $75

Hello Everyone,

 

I've got Waterhouse Records 15002, a 45 RPM modern soul record from 1979 from The Lamont Cranston Band for Takin' A Chance w/E Jam.  The labels are beautiful!

 

The record appears M/M- unplayed on A and on B, but I see one tiny paper sleeve scuff on B, likely from taking the record out of the sleeve, not a play mark.

 

I'm asking $75 US + $14 postage.
