Ann Byers- I'm not gonna cry.....I've got this on a Goldmine 7inch test press, what's the story with it?

 

Is it unissued...did it come out in any other format, is there a proper acetate or is this its orig release from tapes.

Its also got a completely different cut on the flip of Benn X release of the Inspirations "gotta find a new love"

 

Any help folks would be greatly appreciated

I've got it on a Chris / Rob Marriott tape , listed as an acetate .I'll check the details Andy .Think it is  an unissued track .

IT's an unissued Academy recording isn't it.  I have the white label Soul Supply 45.  There was around the same time another 45 which the artist/title escapes me (which I do have) and World Of Happiness (which i don't have) 

The Inspirations will be the acetate Tiom has or had which is a different take to the acetate Butch has.

 

The other 45 is Got No Time For You/Things I'm Missing - Timmie & The Empires

I played it on Richard Searlings Jazz FM show when I did it in about 2000 or 2001 which went down well.,
