Swapping some album covers in picture frames, putting Stevie Wonder's Innervisions up for a while (love the art work), came across this letter.
My brother and I would have been saving money from part-time jobs and going down to hand it over the counter at Syd Booths Mansfield. Remember we had a problem with this, with 2 copies from the shop jumping so Phil sent a letter. Great response I think, and nice bit of social history, even down to the mention of the 3 day week!
