It's Bobby Goldsboro - Too Many People - There are a few copies on discogs.

It's a good example of those blue eyed pop dancers that were played in the late 70's. I must admit I had forgotten all about it  but it did bring a smile to my face listening to it again.

Just re-kindling my interest in NS - used to go to a lot of events many years ago when I lived in the North West - and discovered a lot of my old records when tidying my office recently
