Rarer than it's USA counterpart on a lovely black labeled thick vinyl Belgian pressing with a cute picture cover. Cover is Ex (small tear top right near corner and some crease as most of these very thin, glossy and fragile paper picture covers have) and vinyl is marked with few superficial scuffs (NAP) and mark imprint of some sort that looks like it's something that happened in the process of the pressing of the record.
