Guy that is the re issue

Orig is a dark blue label with silver credits & logo i.e the reverse of the photo above

Yep defo reissue  I  remember K.R turning some up im sure he said they where done by the owner of the label but not 100% on that .  im  sure  Kev  may confirm

And reissue means an official reissue , not a boot ?

I found the owner Rob Russen in New Jersey finding multiples of the Ellingtons and Millionaires originals(dark blue) at his home in Trenton. Rob later reissued the Ellingtons( Silver label) selling the quantity to the late Bernie Binnick( John Anderson's US partner at the time)  

It sort of petered out before it really got started  

Timeline was around 1977.

Very few on the Ellingtons but more than a hundred on the Millionaires-You've Got To Love Your Baby.
