Info on two track on CD's

Hi

Looking for the following on Northern Soul  CD compilations but cannot find them, can anyone point me in the right direction?

O'Jays I'll never forget you and Phillip Mitchell One On One, if not will have to buy the CD's by the artists if they are not on compilations.

Phillip Mitchell is on the CD  '' You Better Believe It ! ''  a Warner Music UK  CD from 2004 .

The O'Jays  track is on the '' Best Of Northern Soul Volume 1 ''  Goldmine GSCD 187
