Well it escaped in the not too distant past on Soul Purpose & Record Shack (as 45's)  but originally I think it was just an Audiodisc acetate (might be wrong though).

Rita & the Tiaras on Dore -- the original released version.

It was not released when recorded, on some new issues right now at about 8 or 9 quid.
