how rare is this, what's it worth? Has  picture sleeve. Never seen another copy?

Not that rare really, used to see these a fair bit around European flea markets 20 years ago, maybe not so much now. 2 copies for sale right now on the web for less than £20

PS, U.S. demo still the hardest to find, as it was a Disco hit from the get go, so less demo's were made, plus it comes with the long and short mix
