Thanks Pete. I can probably do it as easily be altering the kbps rate on Audio Catalyst which (as a mac user) I normaly use to encode. Reckon I was just to lazy to look up preferred bit rate and assumed a minute at 160kbps would be ok. Obviously not.

If anybody wants clips I can still attach MP3s the old fashioned way and PM them. But not till I get home this afternoon.
