David Hudson finally hit the recording scene in the late 70's and was involved at TK Records right up to the organisation's financial collapse. He kept on going through the 80's, signing with Waylo and working in Memphis (where he had almost commenced his recording career at Stax back in 1970) with Willie Mitchell. He was still with Waylo in the early 1990's but once again his label sank due to finances.
He kept going and even had a UK 45 release a few years back .... BUT ... even that wasn't the end for him and he's still out there making decent music.
