Posted October 24, 200618 yr this may sound like a stupid question but did someone actually sit there and scratch in the matrix numbers on records ? and why some scratched and some stamped ? was it the quantity pressed or diff pressing plants etc thanks jason
October 24, 200618 yr can imagine some poor fckuer with arthritis and poor eyesight after scratching in the matrix numbers on every single copy of every record released.... Number was scratched into the master - then a mould was made... which means it came out the right way in the groove when it was pressed...
