Hi,

Can anyone help me to obtain a copy in M- condition (or as close to as practically possible) please?  I originally posted this request in mid-December but so far no joy.

If you can help could I ask that you send a PM?  I can only check this site once a day most days (sometimes only once every couple of days), so if you do not receive an immediate reply please do not be offended or think that I'm being rude.  I will reply to any messages that I receive.
