1970s TV Show (Well Maybe)

Can anybody help??

For years I've had a vague recollection of a theme tune for a TV show in the 70s that started off sounding very much like the beginning of The Millionaires-You've Got To Love Your Baby. It was a natural history/current affairs type of show but I can't remember what it is.

Any ideas?
