Sound Files - Few Q Things ?

1. when someone throws up a mp3 sound clip as an attachment it "should" display a embedded media player, allowing play, pause etc etc

hopefully its done so its cross broswer and all should see something like below and when hit play ....it plays! whistling.gif

tested on latest msie and firefox

so max users can use, let us know if a problem via email/pm, saying what browser/os using

2. do you think a separate sounds forum/sub-forum be better ?? or leave it as it is ??

3. due to possible over use of bandwidth, could make all sounds member only, any thoughts ???

4. dial up members ?? does it affect loading of page??
