Larry Dixon - The only one / Don’t it make you dance - Lad / VG / £275 (Killer midtempo modern with a stepper vibe. Flip is a great dance track. Record has plenty of light marks, plays ok but not perfect. Soundfile is taken from the copy for sale.)
Pure Pleasure - By my side - QC / VG / £125 (Detroit 2 step classic! Vinyl has plenty of light marks, first part plays with low surface noise before clearing up fine.)

Daughters & Sons of Zion - He made a right from wrong - Togetherness / EX / £175 (Soulful xover styled gospel dancer, and a very rare 45. Flipside has an extra label stuck on which is touching the run out groove. Soundfile taken from the copy for sale, pressing is a little bit noisy.)

Billy Butler - (I’ve got a feeling) You’re gonna be sorry - OKeh / EX / £20 (Chicago soul with magic qualities. Flip ain’t bad either. White demo, a-side sadly has been scratched up.)
Phyllis Smith - I need somebody to love - J&M / EX / £75 (One of the best girl group ballads I know of. Rare first label, buy now or cry when it sells for $500+ on carolinasoul eBay auction!)
Steve Mancha - I don’t want to lose you - Groovesville / EX / £18 (His best IMO, closely followed by his version of “Did my baby call”. Label has a large tear.)

NM – spotless record. One grading I don’t really use – one tiny mark/scuff/flame/scratch and it’s EX. Many new records will not make this grade.
EX – Basically everything that will look and play great.
VG+ – Will have marks that may very moderately affect play. Might have fairly large amount cosmetic marks not affecting play.
VG – Lots of marks, should still play fairly well but not perfect.
VG- – Lots and lots of marks, see description on how it plays.
