just bought a box of records & I’m struggling with a couple 

I have Love Factory - Eloise Laws, which has all the correct run out details but has the labels reversed. Is this common or am I the one who’s press was done by the trainee?

Secondly I have Four Tops - I Can’t Help Myself on a demo with this on the flip. Is it a boot?
