"I'm stepping out of the picture" - "Afraid of love".

Which was played first, or did they get equal airing at roughly the same time?

Who lays claim to playing it/them first?

"Afraid of love" is a real belter, I would like to have been around when this first surfaced.

I can remember Adey Croasdell first playing this at the 100 Club in the mid 80's and several of us diving on the stage to find out what it was. Not sure about Afraid to love.
