Hi Fred,

Trust you are well, it's been a while. I don't think Manifesto is still going I'm afraid. I stopped my column and interviews quite some time ago and the website never really got off the ground. It was Mike Ritson who ran it. His work number is 01737 357561 if you want to get an update.
