Posted September 19, 20222 yr I know this is a 64 unreleased recording for minit but can anyone tell me if this was a New Orleans recording or not as it doe's not seem to have the usual trade marks of New Orleans.
September 19, 20222 yr According to the liner notes to the "Time Is On My Side" CD, "Think Again" and her version of "Long After Tonight Is All Over" were recorded at United/ Western Studios in Hollywood and were produced by Nick DeCaro.

Thanks for the reply,i don't have the CD but the strings were a big giveaway.Does it say who the female backing singers are? Could it possibly be Darlene Love and The Blossoms?
September 19, 20222 yr It is a possibility- Darlene Love and the Blossoms were the backup singers on "Wish Someone Would Care" and "Breakaway" which was also done at United/ Western Studios. There's no info on the singers on "Think Again" in the CD liner notes.
