Looking through a box of 45s to list and found this old sleeve. The STD codes changed to an 01 prefix mid-90s so it’s at least 27 years old. Don’t think I’ve come across this before and I’ve bought a fair few 45s from John - especially in the late 80s and 90’s  

 

I have a few of these, used to buy off the mail order list around 1984-5-ish
