Billy McGregor - It's My Turn Now / MELL o TONE EX++
This 45 is Perfection, and he's made some mighty fabulous sides, which this is the very best. Gold first issue.
Marvelle Hampton - I Know How It Feel / PIGGYLO Records EX+
All the above 45's have a certain sound I love, the lyrics are brilliant, check that sax break, this is an exceptional 45!
King Solomans Advisors - Back of my Mind / EX++
This is one of those cheaper end 45s that could go massive, its that good a sweet soul 45.
Charmells - Sea Shell / VOLT EX++
Produced by Hayes Porter, this could never have been anything but brilliant!
Virgil Griffin and Rhythm Kings - A Forgotten Lover / Reginald Records EX++
Possibly the saddest record I every bought, this guy really is at the depths of despair. Late night track for me, there isn’t much coming back from this tune...That said I wouldn’t want to go to bed after this one.. lol sax break to die for as well...
Joe Valentine - I Cant Stand to See You Go / One Night of Satisfaction / RONN WD EX++
One Night Stand is a very good midtempo track, but 'Cant Stand to See You Go' is in another ball park. Deep and Sweet 🙂
Linda Jones - Not On The Outside / TURBO EX++
If for some reason you DON'T have this 45, you need this! George Kerr, Sylvia Robertson and the Stunning Linda Jones, for a tenner!
