The flag/report post link can be found site wide under the 3 dots menu '...'

To improve the visibility of this feature, a more visible direct link to flag/report sales/wants post has now been added underneath every soul markt post as per the image and below this post

You do need to be logged in to both see and use this link

 

If not sure how the flag report works, you can trial it out with this posts link below
