Seeking what does the 'H5' stands for effectively right there after the VAT. 'H6' and 'H7' exists too. Maybe other numbers as well. From what I've gathered now it seems to be the optimistic estimation of days due for delivery for these international shippings.

Can anyone confirm that that is that ? Or if not then what that is then ? And is it 'fee' fixed like linked for an economy, standard or first class kind of shipping and all ? Or is it referring to something totally else linked to it's VAT status if ever ? Or is it irrelevant to any of that ?

We're trying to figure out as much as we can here with incoming purchases from the UK to Belgium that is. The Belgium Customs are very 'secretive' on those matter somehow. More so than ever in regard to the last implemented regulations on that matter by F**King Europe.

This might help - it's the best I could find. I think you also need to find a Procedure reference. PRN stands for Payment Reference Number. 

 

Thanks, although for fact it's the recipient country 'procedure reference' that counts, since it'll be different in every recipient country's. In my case Belgium. There's the 'M33-12' standard protocole of the UPU (Universal Postal Union) sharing such datas in their ITMATT system that I know the Belgium Postal Customs use to cross check for every prepaid VAT.

That works with the likes of Amazon or postal services like Pitney Bowes as both know how to deal with that UPU system but not Datcogs or the eVilBay although they Bragg with their IOSS number but the Belgium Postal Customs don't take into account without the UPU thing. Still a buddy of mine insists on that oddest 'VAT H5 or H6' thing... Hence my OP.
