Just seen from Ramsey Lewis. RIP Isaac “Redd” Holt, drummer on many of my all time favourite records from The Ramsey Lewis and Young Holt Trios.

I guess for many people on here California Montage will be the big Young Holt Trio tune but for it’s got to be this killer.

Rest easy Redd.

    BUT haven't been able to get confirmation of this fact; all web sites that refer to him still showing him alive.
