Anyone have any dealings with a Henry Raynor in Florida. His Facebook page is VERY scant. Nothing to say he has any previous dealings? If anyone knows please can you tell me?

Answering my own question when pressed further I asked for a photo. He sends a picture of a UK issue and a US WDJ. He does not seem to understand the difference. AVOID Henry Raynor in Florida.
