Modern Soul optimistic Dancer that missed its promotional aim to support the Boston Celtics basket ball team into the 1980 finals that got pressed in Chile and took ages to reach the USA after the Boston Celtics got eliminated. Supposedly most of the stock were dumped and the remaining copies were given to the producers. So goes the 'rarity' legend.
