2025 inactive Account Clean up

Our long running inactive member account policy is that any account that has been inactive for over 3 years may be closed and any account that is over 4 years inactive may be deleted

As such an email has just been sent to all current member who have not visited the site since Jan 2022 and have site emails switched on

 

The email is below

 

All member do need to be aware that if you have chosen at any time not to receive Soul Source emails then you will not get this or similar email

If you do value your Source account you may wish to switch site emails on via

ok after 3 weeks of notices via email

our regular clean up of inactive accounts  has just finished 

Say over 150 members are now back to an active state and...

all inactive accounts (not visited in the last 3 years) have been closed

all inactive accounts (not visited in the last 4 years) have been deleted

Any closed accounts that wish to be reopened, all you need to do is become active again by logging in and then letting us know by  using the 'contact us'  feature here
