Just had a ebay second chance offer from a USA dealer I bid and lost an item with.

It was the proper Ebay page and looked right, but when I clicked on certain things on the page it would not download them, so I became suspicious!

I went onto my ebay account and looked up my bids and offers section. Surprise, surprise no offers were there. So I think it was from a third party trying it on!

Beware if you get a second chance offer, check your bids and offers section on your my ebay!

Could it not have been removed from your eBay as it might have been sold when he sent the offer to others aswell.
