I'm trying to list a few records for sale and the postage comes up automatically at £2.72

In the past Ive always been able to change this to cover the actual cost but can't now - Ive googled it and tried everything I can think of so any help would be appreciated

just above the simple delivery above postage price there is a box stating package size

click on it and you can change I use 1kg its a bigger package and its about £3.50

Cheers but recorded delivery is now £5.50 I need to cover that-,you used to be able to put your own value in, can’t you do that anymore?

Probably of no help but I've stopped selling on ebay. I spent 30 mins of my life talking to them & basically nothing you can do.

Its down to them wanting you to print your own labels off their site. You only have 2 choices.. Royal Mail or Evri. Ebay set the postage prices.

I now sell on discogs & take the 9% hit on fees by adding a little more to prices.

That's an excellent idea. Don't sell a lot these days on eBay, but like a lot of us confused and not too happy with the new post options.

Yes its awkward as they changed it and I sell a few things of different sizes so not all standard postage

if in the uk use the drop down menu as described earlier if in uk 3.50 can send 15 45's

or 3 lp's
