ebay saying the below

Due to upcoming changes in US customs regulations, all Royal Mail services to the US on eBay Labels will be temporarily disabled, starting August 26, 2025, at 12:00am GMT.

taking it it be the same for the more normal Royal Mail shipping purchases?

Sending cards & letters is still ok. Royal Mail are supposedly looking into a new system but will take a few days for them to set up.
