On an original album - was it "The prime of Shorty Long"? Plus of course on "This is Northern Soul" Vol. 2 CD

It's from the album "The Prime Of Shorty Long" (Tamla Motown UK, 1970 I think).

I remember hearing this on a acetate a few years ago but was reminded by a Motown collector that it was as you say on the album from 1970.

And the best about it I had the bloody album in my boxes up stairs. :thumbsup:

I can't honestly say I was particularly bowled over by the album myself, and sold it many years ago. Best hear it first I reckon!

Not chock fulla classics, but "lily Of the Valley" aint bad.

Best Track is[ "Baby come Home to Me".

Paid £15 a coupla years back so maybe 20-25 now??
