Last night we went to my son's football club presentation night at Stockport County's ground.

Usual stuff; lots of clapping and then a disco! After the lads had stopped doing Peter Kay slides on the dance floor the DJ managed to get a load of the mums up dancing. After enduring sh*te such as Third Finger Left Hand, Jimmy Mack and Build Me Up Buttercup in his Motown/soul section, I approached said spotty DJ to see what elase I might get out of him (do others always do this at weddings and such?).

From his lap top set-up I managed to get Our Love Will Grow...The Showmen, It'll Never Be Over For Me....Timi Yuro and Livin' In A Bottle...Brother To Brother; and the dance floor filled up a little more!! :thumbsup:

Now considering that I was desperate to get to a 'do' in Droylsden but was getting the "you're going nowhere" looks from the Gary Glitter Fan, I think getting the 3 above mentioned records out of the night was a result!! thumbsup.gif
