A genuine error, I think. I emailed the guy using the "Ask Seller A Question" link, to give him some help on what the originals look like, and what to look for in a pressing. He withdrew the record from auction a few hours after (but not before bidding had reached $66!).

He obviously advertised it in good faith (he was in the States). I should add that even though the ad stated it was not a reissue, he did ask for help, so was probably still uncertain of its authenticity.
