my first thought was the millie jackson/harold melvin thing, however that is a different thing alltogether, i,m sure there was some "double groove" 45,s with 2 records somehow cut on to one side,

ps

i used to have an emidisc of sister lee cut at a much slower speed, could this be the much talked about barry white version, or is barry white actually issac hayes

The only "double tracked" side I ever heard was the old Monty Python "Matching Tie and Handkerchief" LP from 1975. Very confusing.

I cannot remember what t'other side " MMASM " is / was on Mojo , but could it be that the labels are reversed on the copy owned by this bloke ? ......

Intrigued as to why he played it at 33 .....

I have been know to speed ( steady ..... ) slow tracks up , in order to hear the outcome , but playing them slower beats me ....

Must have a go with " I'm Learning To Trust My Man " and " You Don't Know Where Your Interest

Lies " later this morning .....

dont think double grooving was done in 1972. late 70s maybe. I know Ms pop muzik was done as

a limited edition in this format and ive got luther`s never too much as a double groove 10inch

single but it annoys me as you got a 50% of playing the wrong track
